Advocacy & service

navigation

Practical personalised support to navigate systems, follow through on referrals, and uphold rights with dignity and consent.

When services are hard to access, people can miss out—not because they don’t need support, but because the system is complex. We provide calm, practical advocacy and service navigation for women, vulnerable young people and families, helping people understand options, organise next steps, and feel supported during appointments and follow‑ups.

Support may include casework, referrals, form support, planning for appointments, and communication support with services. Where rights, safety, or fair access are a concern, we can advocate alongside the person—always with consent, privacy, and personal choice at the centre.
