Support to build work readiness and everyday life skills, and to strengthen community connection and independence over time.
Building readiness for life, community and work can be an important pathway to independence. Disrupted education, housing instability, caring responsibilities, disability, language barriers or low confidence can make the next step feel out of reach. We support women, young people and people with disability to build confidence, practical skills and employment pathways that reflect their strengths and circumstances.
This may include life-readiness support, outreach, budgeting, financial literacy, digital skills, confidence building, community connection, training pathways and employment readiness. We welcome culturally and linguistically diverse communities and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, and aim to provide support that respects culture, family and individual goals.
Reach out to talk through your goals, including work, training, skills building or a first step towards greater independence.
