Clinical Team Leader & Senior Occupational Therapist · OCC0002195765
Tina Arora is a Clinical Team Leader and Senior Occupational Therapist with over 20 years of clinical experience across paediatrics, community practice, hospitals, rehabilitation, and aged care. After completing her Bachelor of Occupational Therapy in New Delhi, India, Tina had her qualifications recognised in Australia and has dedicated her career to empowering individuals of all ages to achieve greater independence and improved quality of life.
As Clinical Team Leader, Tina combines her passion for client care with mentoring and supporting fellow occupational therapists to deliver high-quality, evidence-based services. She is committed to fostering clinical excellence, promoting professional development within her team, and ensuring families receive compassionate, person-centred care tailored to their unique needs.

Tina has a strong clinical interest in paediatrics and has extensive experience supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, intellectual disabilities, developmental delays, sensory processing differences, emotional regulation challenges, and complex functional needs. She works collaboratively with children, families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to develop practical, meaningful strategies that support participation at home, school, and in the community.
Known for her compassionate and approachable nature, Tina believes that successful therapy begins with understanding each individual and building strong relationships with families. She values active listening, collaborative goal setting, and empowering parents and carers with practical strategies they can confidently implement in everyday life.
One of the most rewarding aspects of Tina's work is seeing children develop new skills, gain confidence, and achieve milestones that enhance their independence and participation. Whether she is supporting a family directly or mentoring clinicians within her team, Tina is driven by the opportunity to make a meaningful and lasting difference in people's lives.
Outside of work, Tina enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, travelling, watching movies, and exploring new places.
