Practical case by case support to navigate systems, follow through on referrals, and uphold rights with dignity and consent.
When services are difficult to access, people can miss out because systems are complex, unfamiliar or hard to navigate. We provide calm, practical advocacy and service navigation for women, children and young people, people with disability, families and carers, including culturally and linguistically diverse communities and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
Support may include casework, referrals, form support, appointment preparation and communication with services. Where rights, safety or fair access are a concern, we advocate alongside the person, with consent, privacy, cultural respect and personal choice at the centre.
Contact us to discuss a referral or organise support navigating services and appointments.
