Support to build work readiness and everyday life skills, and to strengthen community connection and independence over time.
Employment can be a meaningful pathway to independence, but barriers such as disrupted education, housing instability, caring responsibilities, or low confidence can make the next step feel out of reach. We support women and young people to build job readiness and explore training and employment pathways that match their strengths, interests and circumstances.
We also support practical capability and community inclusion, because stability is built through everyday skills and supportive connections. Depending on needs and availability, this may include life skills, budgeting and financial literacy, and digital skills that support daily living and job seeking, alongside confidence building and community connection.
