We have zero tolerance for child abuse, harm, or neglect. We are committed to ensuring that all children and young people who engage with our services feel safe, supported, and heard. Our approach is guided by the Victorian Child Safe Standards, and we actively work to embed child safety into our culture, practices, and decision-making.

We encourage children, young people, families, and staff to speak up about any concerns. We take all concerns seriously and respond promptly, respectfully, and in a way that prioritises the safety and wellbeing of the child.
