Youth Strength & Recovery Workshops

These group-based capacity-building sessions support young people aged 12-25 to build confidence, emotional awareness, communication, healthy boundaries and a stronger sense of identity and purpose. Activities are practical, strengths-based and respectful of each young person’s culture, lived experience and support needs. The sessions are inclusive of CALD communities and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people.

Who is it for

  • Young people aged 12–25 years
  • Experiencing challenges with confidence, emotions or behaviour
  • Disengaged or at risk of disengaging from school, work or community
  • Needing support with social skills, relationships or decision-making
  • Involved with support services or navigating life transitions
  • Seeking direction, purpose and personal growth

  • Develop communication and social skills
  • Strengthen relationships, boundaries and decision-making
  • Promote safe behaviours and problem-solving skills
