Nhanya Foundation provides practical advocacy, accommodation pathways, disability and allied health support, life-readiness, outreach, capacity-building and employment pathway support, with a particular commitment to culturally and linguistically diverse communities and respectful support for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
What Support Is Available
Our community support programs and outreach services are shaped around your circumstances. This may include:

Eligibility and Funding
Support can be accessed in a range of ways, including through NDIS funding (plan-managed or self-managed), other funding arrangements, or self-referral. Nhanya Foundation is a registered charity and is not an NDIS-registered provider. Ask our team about what's available and whether this support is the right fit for your situation.
